"Waldo's personalized marathon training plan helped me achieve a big running milestone while getting me to race day healthy. I have always struggled with injuries during training and his training approach has helped tremendously with prevention. I highly recommend Waldo if you are looking for a big running PR while remaining injury free!"

"Waldo is fantastic. I feel so cared for when I go see him. He takes his time to assess me, treat me and follow up with any other issues that are arising. Having an injury can be stressful and I feel so reassured after I see him with the treatment that is to follow and trust him so much! If he feels additional support is needed (ie. sports med doc) he has referred me to fantastic individuals and has provided additional letters for me to be seen in a timely manner. Thanks to Waldo for such fantastic work and for getting me out there running again !!"

"I was referred to Waldo by a friend in the running community As a new runner with little experience prior to this training I ended up with minor calf injury where initially I thought I was done for and would have to drop out. Then I reached out to Waldo for my first session. where he treated me and gave me a ton of information and even went as far as to write me my own program to follow while I rehabbed and continued to train for this half. I continued to see him a hand full more prior to my race for this “injury”. He was great to work with and I always left feeling better and with more knowledge. I ran my half with no flare ups on my calf and got my goal time. Since then following the workouts and advice from Waldo I’ve had no issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the running or road biking space."

"Thank you Waldo, for going above and beyond! Waldo was able to quickly diagnose, treat and rehabilitate a severe ankle sprain that occurred one week before my half marathon. He confidently told me I could still run the race, taking precautions. It went better than I could’ve imagined. There was no exacerbation of the injury, which has since healed completely with strengthening exercises that he provided. His clinical knowledge and professionalism is incredible!"

"Waldo is an absolute life saver. After numerous professionals (family doc, massage, sports med doc, a different physiotherapist) being involved in helping me recover my Achilles and it actually getting worse, it was only after I was connected with Waldo that I noticed improvement. And now has me back at my baseline activity level.
I love his approach. No shaming or pressure to do things you won’t do. There have been times where I’ve been worried to tell him my level of activity (because of experiences with other professionals - not him). And he just normalizes it and helps me psychologically as well. So I don’t worry so much about my injuries being chronic and like I’m always doing something wrong that’s going to be the straw that broke the camel’s back. I think it super helps he is a runner. So he gets the mentality. Couldn’t recommend enough! Adore that guy!"

"Waldo is friendly, knowledgeable, and very considerate. I rarely have to go back to him for the same problem area, but when I have any weird recurring strain or injury in my body, I immediately think of Waldo. I would recommend anyone to go see him...but you HAVE to do the exercises!!"

"Waldo is a very knowledgeable and friendly physiotherapist. His diagnosis was spot on and the exercises he recommended made the pain I was experiencing go away within 2 weeks. He was able to explain his thought process very well and made it easy for me to understand. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for pain relief."

"Had a great experience with Waldo today who came to visit my elderly father who is dealing with significant mobility issues. Waldo was thorough, very attentive and took his time walking with my Dad through the exercises. We appreciate this level of care and support so much and his clinical expertise showed.
